| 摘 要： | 教师是教学活动的主体,是深化教育教学改革、培养高素质人才的主体力量和直接实践者,他们的素质直接关系到高等教育的未来与发展。在高等教育不断发展的今天,面对目前高校普遍存在的师资队伍结构不甚合理、教师资源利用率不高的现实问题,如何有效地开发教师资源,实现教师资源开发与管理的现代性转变,显得十分重要。

| Abstract: | As the main part in developing education reform and the direct practitioner in training human with high quality,teachers’ quality directly influences the future development of high education.Nowadays,the high education is still facing the problems of the unreasonable structure of teacher team and the low utilization of teacher resources in some universities and colleges,it is essential to develop the teacher resources and realize the modern change between the development of teacher resources and management. |
