| Abstract: | Virginia Woolf is a brilliant woman writer,literary theorist,critic and one of the pioneer writers of stream-consciousness novels in modern British literature.Of all her stream-consciousness novels,The Waves is a representative work of great importance.With the use of aestheticism characteristics,exposure of psychology and anti-traditional images,Virginia displays the characteristic of modernism perfectly. |
