| 摘 要： | 文章就施工项目管理难度大,基础管理工作差,施工队(班组)承包考核不到位,盈利水平低的现状,提出依靠信息化技术,实行施工项目ABC管理法的创新管理体制,开展以施工项目管理为核心的管理体制改革,实现战略中心上移,经营管理中心下移,缩短管理链条,实行扁平化管理,逐步提高施工项目管理水平和整体素质,增强项目的盈利水平。
