浅析全球分时度假的发展趋势

摘    要:20世纪60年代,分时度假起源于欧洲;70年代,传入美国并得到迅速发展。现在,分时度假已经成为当今美国发展最快的旅游产品。2002年初,全球最大的拍卖网站eBay将分时度假列为全新的最热门栏目,并估计出全球分时度假的总销售已达到300亿美元。结合分时度假40多年的发展过程,目前全球分时度假的四大基本发展趋势,即全球化、以美国为主要市场、酒店品牌的增加和行业兼并。

Abstract:Time-sharing vacation was originated in Europe in the 1960s,and in the 1970s,it was introduced to USA and developed rapidly.Nowadays,time-sharing vacation has been the tourist product that grows fastest in America.In the beginning of 2002,time-sharing vacation was listed as the most popular product in eBay,the largest auction web in the world.It was estimated that the total sale of time-sharing in the world was up to 30 billion USD.In combination to the over 40 years' development of time-sharing vacation,the four basic development trends of the global time-sharing vacation-globalization,USA as the major market,increasing hotel brands and industrial mergence-are analyzed.
