Trail Remark on the Application of the Game Theory in the Management of Social Public Order

According to the features of 'combining attack with prevention and taking the policy of putting prevention first' for the multiple management of social public order. this paper discusses the game process of the relationship among the public security departments, the masses and the criminals; analyses the integral function of the cooperating game between the public security departments and the people masses and the antagonizing game among the criminals; points out the forecast strength and the explaining strength of the possible choice of tactics of the moving game in various stages of the game process for the public security departments, the criminals and the masses and states the importam role of the game theory in the course of strengthening the management of social public order.
