| 摘 要： | 品质结构调整是农业结构调整的最佳切入口,而调整品质结构要以产品生产周期理论为指导.在产品生命周期理论指导下,农业结构调整还需要解决农产品生命周期的测评、农产品新品种开发的利益外溢、知识产权保护及相关制度创新问题.

| Abstract: | The author points out that the quality-st ructure adjustment is the be st breakthrough for the agriculture structure adujstment and the quality-stru cture adjustment should be guided by the lifecycle theory . Under the guidance of the theory , the agricultural structure adjustment must deal with such problems as the evaluation of the lifecycle of agricltural products , th e interest spill of the new agricultural products exploitation, the intellectual property right protection and the related system innovation. |
