Teaching Reform for Laws of Labor and Social Security

Laws of Labor and Social Security is one of the main courses for the undergraduates of law majors.It’s of great significance for their employment after graduation.Through years of teaching practice,the author argues that the course should be aimed at achieving the teaching objectives by a well-made teaching aids courseware,using a variety of teaching methods,innovating the existing assessment methods and reforming the existing modes of teaching,etc,to enhance students’ comprehensive ability.In this case,the students would be well prepared for entering the community with good psychological quality,profound base of knowledge,a sense of responsibility and mission for the society.
