劳动法与劳动伦理的调整机制及其相互关系

摘    要:劳动关系的调整机制包括劳动法的调整机制和劳动伦理的调整机制。其中,劳动法的调整机制主要是传统劳动法调整机制和人权法调整机制,劳动伦理的调整机制包括道德意识调整机制、传统习惯调整机制和社会舆论调整机制。劳动法的调整机制和劳动伦理的调整机制的关系是:劳动法的调整机制居于基础地位、属于基本保护机制,劳动伦理的调整机制居于辅助地位、属于辅助性保护机制;二者分工合作,并且在一定条件下可以转化。
