Along with the popularization and development of digital technology, the copyright law is unceasingly inclined to the interests of copyright owners in the course of its amendment. Thus, the current system of its reasonable use is facing impact and challenge. In the internet era, the principle of a reasonable use of such non-profit institutions as libraries is still valued and protected. Therefore, the copyright of digital libraries should also be valued and protected. Only by doing so can a balance between the copyright protection, which the copyright law sticks to all along, and the public interest in society.
