| 摘 要： | 班主任是各种教育力量的协调者和联系纽带。班主任的能力、工作方法会对我们的学生产生深刻、长远的影响。班主任工作中的虚与实、管与放、严与宽、堵与导等四组重要关系,是我们班主任在班级管理和学生教育工作中常用的、有效的、必须正确处理的关系。只要用科学态度和方法处理好这些关系,班主任工作就能收到事半功倍的效果。
