| 摘 要： | 公民文化是现代公民自由和权利的底蕴,也是社会发展的导航系统和动力系统。成熟的公民文化是一国成为世界强国的基本条件之一,同时也是一国崛起的无形动力。以此为视角来观察中国的和平崛起,可以发现:中国公民文化是中国和平崛起的内在性变量,从这意义上讲中国的和平崛起实质是中国公民文化的张力,它影响着中国和平崛起之动力、方式、路径、速率等。

| Abstract: | Citizen culture is the foundation of the liberty and the right of modern citizens,and is the navigation system and the motive power.The,moture citizen culture is one of the basic conditions for a country to become powerful,and at the same time the invisible driving force for a nation to rise.To investigate China's peaceful rise from this perspective,it can be seen that the Chinese citizen culture is an inherently variable factor for China's peaceful rise.In this sense,China's peaceful rise is,essentially,the tension of China's citizen culture.The Chinese citizen culture influences the driving force,mode,track and speed of China's peaceful rise. |
