摘    要:目的]研究霍山石斛组培苗多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法]通过单因素和正交试验法确定最佳工艺条件。结果]霍山石斛组培苗多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为温度80℃、料液比1∶30、时间3h、提取次数2次,该条件下多糖得率为17.763%。结论]该工艺提取霍山石斛组培苗多糖效果好,简便可行。

Abstract:Aim:Study on extraction technology of polysaccharide from Dendrobium huoshanense plantlet Methods:Single factor test and orthogonal experiment design methods were applied to determin the optimal extraction technology.Results:The optical extraction condition of polysaccharide from Dendrobium huoshanense plantlet is as follows:extraction temperature is 80℃,solid-liquid ratio is 1∶30,extraction time is 3h,extraction times is 2 times,under which the yiled of polysaccharide from Dendrobium huoshanense plantlet is up to 17.763%.Conclusion:The extraction technology of polysaccharide from Dendrobium huoshanense plantlet is better,simple and practical.
