我国网络教育资源共建机制研究

摘    要:目前,我国网络教育资源严重不足,形成网络教育资源共建机制是“四个面向”、“五个任何”的根本需要。为此,不妨以同一学科领域或同一地域为背景,构成网络教育资源共建专家组,实施以共享为目的的网络教育资源合作开发。网络教育资源共建专家组由常规教学专家、网络教育专家、软件开发专家、网络工程专家组成,分别担负相应职责,形成商业性协会,在政府的宏观调控下开展工作。

Abstract:At present, our country's online education resources are not enough for learners. Establishing the system of co-construction of online education resources is the requirement of the 4 Faces and the 5 Anys. Under the background of the same subject or district, we can construct the expert groups of web courses and jointly develop them aiming at sharing-together. The expert groups consist of the experts in four aspects, normal teaching, web-education, developing software and web engineering. Every group takes on its different jobs. The experts can shape a commercial institute and work with the lead and management of the government.
