Abstract: | As new data sources arrive, novel methods of defining undiscovered distributions are increasingly useful. In this presentation, the Hazard-Product method of generalizing survival functions is introduced. Some limitations and considerations are discussed, and a new extensions of the Gompertz and Half-Normal models are proposed. Finally, basic moment and estimation properties of the models are given, and two real data sets are analyzed. |
