| Abstract: | Scientific party construction is a brand new concept put forward in the 4th Session of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China（CPC）.Grassroots party construction in universities is a critical component of party construction work.This paper,based on a deep understanding of scientific party construction,attempts to reflect on and put forward measures to promote building soft power so as to keep innovating grassroots party construction in universities. |
