战后日本农业和农业政策的发展过程及现实问题

第二次世界大战后,日本农业发展经历了制定《农业基本法》及“新政策”的过程,本文着重论述日本农业政策在发挥“多方面功能”中出现的“绿色观光”、“体验农家生活旅游”以及农产品“产地直销”的现实问题。同时,论证农业起着维持地域社会和生活,保全自然环境,保存农业社会中的传统文化等多方面功能。

The Developing Process and Existing Problems of Agriculture and Agricultural Policies in Japan after the Second World War

After the Second World War the agricultural development in Japan underwent the two stages of "agricultural basic law" and "new policies". And in carrying out the policies, "green sightsee- ing", "experiencing village life tour" and "selling agricultural products on the spot" appeared. At the same time this paper demonstrates that agriculture can keep the local community and life, preserve natu- ral environment, and conserve traditional culture in agricultural society.
