对城市经营若干问题的认识

城市经营是城市政府管理城市中的一种新的理念。城市经营的主要内容是城市土地、城市基础设施和城市形象；城市经营的目标是提高城市经济社会生活的质量，增强城市竞争力，实现城市的可持续发展；针对不同的城市资产应采取不同的城市经营策略，城市经营具有系统性、复杂性和整体性、长期性，市场化等特点。

Some Problems of the Management of the Urban District

The Concept: The management of an urban district is a new idea of urban governmental administration. (2) The Contents: (a) to manage of land under the urban district of government's justification; (b) to run and create the urban infrastructures; and (c) to device and realize the imagination of the given urban district. (3) The target: to improve the economic and social life; to strengthen the ability of competition; to carry out sustainable development of the given urban district. (4) The strategy: to adopt the principle of different strategies to different urban financial resources for different urban districts. (5) The term management of urban district when applied in practice is featured by the disposition of urban resources, method of management and developing strategy to show a transition of concept from old to new, an innovation of system, a nurse government is changed to a real efficient one.
