知识经济下我国知识产权摩擦问题与对策

21世纪是知识经济的时代,各国之间的贸易竞争以其凝聚在商品中的科学技术的较量为主要特点,由于知识型产品具有高附加值,各个企业都在产品中投入大量资本用于新产品、新技术的开发,形成本企业专有的知识产权,又由于知识产权的无形性和可复制性,侵犯他人知识产权往往只要很少的投入就能获得丰厚的回报,因此在巨额利润的驱使下,侵犯他人知识产权的现象越来越严重,知识产权摩擦问题也越来越多.文章针对我国知识产权摩擦的相关现象,探究了我国企业知识产权纠纷频发的原因并提出了相应的对策.

The Frictional Problem and Countermeasures of Intellectual Property Under the Knowledge Economy in China

The twenty - first Century is the era of knowledge economy. The trade competition among countries is characterized by the scientific and technological contest embodied in the commodity. As the intellectual products have high added value, ever- y enterprise invests a lot of capital in the products for the development of new technology and new products to form the ex- clusive intellectual property rights of the enterprise. And as the result of the intangibility and reliability of intellectual property, infringement of intellectual property rights can get good returns with a little input. Therefore, driven by the huge profit, there is more and more serious phenomenon for the infringement of intellectual property rights. And there are more and more frictional problems of intellectual property rights. The paper aims at the frictional phenomenon of intellec- tual property in China, probes into the reasons why the intellectual property disputes in Chinese enterprises frequently, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
