民国时期天津产业工人劳动保障问题探析

民国时期,政府、企业和社会团体为了维护社会和生产秩序建立了各种保护劳工的措施,如膳宿设施、安全与医疗卫生设施、教育设施、经济设施、劳动保险措施以及娱乐设施等。这些举措对于过去来讲是从无到有的一大进步,但具体实施成效尚需进一步探究。文章主要考察民国时期天津产业工人的劳动保障措施,并对其成效进行分析。

On Tianjin Industrial Workers’Labor and Social Security In the Period of the Republic of China

During the period of the Republic of China,the government,enterprises and social organizations established a variety of labor protection facilities in order to maintain the social and the production order. These facilities mainly related to accommodation,safety,health,education,economy and entertainment. These measures were great progress in the past from scratch,but the specific implementation effect needed further exploration. This paper mainly investigated Tianjin industrial workers’labor security measures during the period of the Republic of China and analyzed the effect of the measures.
