摘    要:两宋时期,由于频繁的水患和火灾、粮食流通中的人为掺假以及粮仓的超期储存等因素,导致了粮食的陈化。陈化粮既浪费了粮食,造成了财政损失,用做军粮还引起了士兵的不满。为了延缓粮食陈化,宋政府采取了诸多应对措施,如在干爽温凉处修建粮仓、曝晒粮食防潮、注意粮仓防火、储物以新易陈、陈粮赈灾、定期检验、打击粮食中的掺假行为等,一定程度上延缓了粮食的陈化。

Causes of Cereals Aging in the Song Dynasty and Its Countermeasures

Abstract:During the Song Dynasty, due to frequent floods and fires, human adulteration of cereals circulation and the granary extended storage and other factors, causing aging of cereals. Grain aging both had created the waste and the finance loses, and was one of morale of troops restless factors. In order to delay the aging of cereals, the Government had taken a number of measures, such as construction of the granary, the exposure of food in a dry and cool in temperature moisture, note the barn fire, storage with these new, old grain relief, regular check of efficiency, combat food adulteration, delay the aging of a food to a certain extent.
