国有企业"企业家"选拔方式的思考

摘    要:任命国有企业的"企业家"已存在很多弊端,依靠任命制的行政型"企业家"已成为中国企业家制度生长过程中的一个致命"硬伤".这种任命制的内在缺陷产生了许多不良后果,要改变这种局面,根本出路在于改革现行任命制度,切断企业家与行政官员之间角色互换的通道,建立市场化的企业家选择制度.

Abstract:There exist many drawbacks in the appointment of "enterprisers" in state-owned enterprises. The "enterpriser" by the appointment is a serious "defect" in the process of the enterpriser system growth. Many bad outcomes are induced by the appointment. To change this situation, the basic way is to reform the system of appointment, block the path of role interchange between the enterprisers and officials and build a marketing system for choosing the enterprisers.
