| 摘 要： | 资源型城市的转型与可持续发展是目前国内外普遍关心的问题,文章论述了中小企业在资源型城市实现产业升级和战略转型中的重要作用,分析了当前资源型城市中小企业融资面临的困难,对资源型城市中小企业融资服务支撑体系的建设进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | The transformation and sustainable development of resource-based cities is the current domestic and international issues of common concern.The thesis elaborates that the small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) play an important role in industrial upgrading and strategic restructuring of these cities.Meanwhile,it discusses the present financing difficulties of these enterprises and focuses on establishing the financial supporting system which is suitable for the small and medium enterprises in resource-based cities. |
