非政府组识发展与构建和谐社会

三元结构理论把社会分为政治、经济和市民社会三大领域,经过20多年的发展,我国经济取得了长足的发展,政治依然强势,唯有市民社会相对弱小,而“和谐社会”理念的提出则突显了三大领域和谐发展的必要性,因此加强市民社会的发展就成了必然的选择。要发展市民社会就必须加强其组织化程度,也即要加强非政府组织的发展。非政府组织的发展对政治、经济以及市民社会本身都具有重大意义,从而成为构建社会主义和谐社会的必然选择。

Development of Non-government Organizations And Construction of Harmonious Society

Theory of Tripartite Structure divides society into three fields,namely politics,economy and citizen society.Though rapid progress has been made in economy after two decades' development,politics still takes a superior position and citizen society is still weak.However,the newly-advanced conception of Harmonious Society has highlighted the necessity for the harmonious development of the three major aspects,so to strengthen the development of citizen society becomes an inevitable choice.To strengthen the development of citizen society means accelerating the development of non-government organizations.The development of non-government organizations is of great significance in politics,economy and citizen society.Furthermore,it constitutes the inevitable choice in constructing socialist harmonious society.
