| Abstract: | With the gradual development of the financial market in China, the investors are getting unsatisfied with the old form of funds|confined funds. A new form of funds came into being. This paper, by analyzing the necessity of the occurrence of the accessible funds and their main functions, discusses some possible problems needed to be solved when issuing accessible funds. These analyses will have some positive influence on the successful operation of the accessible funds in our country. |
