Analysis on Japanese Demand for "Ordinary State"

After the cold war,Japan,by the great chance of international and domestic environment pursued to construct"ordinary state".The author thinks it is unavoidable for Japan to head for"ordinary state".The construction of"ordinary state"is along,dynamic process.The influence of declining trend in economy,exceeding dependence on America in politics,lack of ordinary tolerance in undertaking responsibility and unfriendly relations with neighbor countries make the process full of contradictions by which Japan achieves its goal.In order to insure the initiative in dealing with foreign affairs to Japan,we must objectively analyze the problems related to Japanese demand for"ordinary state".
