关于培养大学生健康人格的思考

随着改革开放的不断深化和社会主义市场经济体制的逐步确立,大学生的思想观念、价值取向和行为方式都在发生重大变化.因而,培养大学生的健康人格不仅是高校思想政治工作的重要内容,而且是大学生自身成才的迫切需要.高校党委应把培养大学生健康人格摆上重要位置,构建"全员德育"格局,切实加强领导;加强邓小平理论学习,解决好人生观问题;改革思想道德教育的内容和方式,提高教育效果,把大学生培养成为被社会接纳、受人民欢迎、适应社会主义现代化建设的栋梁之材.

Discussion on the Education of the College Students' Personality

With the deepening of the reform and opening to the world,and also with the establishment of the market system of socialist economy,the college students' politicl consciousness,value judgement and manner of behavior have changed a lot.So it becomes more and more important for the college students to develop a good personality.That is also the major task for the college to do.To achieve this,we have many ways,such as,studying the Deng Xiao ping Theory ,helping the students to realize their aims of living,improving the ways of political educations,enriching the contents of political study.Through these methods,we can educate the college students into qualified personnel who can be accepted by the society,welcomed by the people,useful to the building of our socialist modernazitions.
