| 摘 要： | 目前贵州省武陵山区以政府为主导的金融扶贫方式存在激励不足、扶贫资金使用边际效益递减的现象。要提高金融扶贫的效果,必需引入市场的力量,提升金融扶贫瞄准的精准度,构建合作性金融为主体的金融扶贫新机制。

| Abstract: | At present the poverty alleviation mechanism with government as the main body in Wuling mountain area of Guizhou Province is flawed by problems such as insufficient incentives and diminishing marginal benefit of poverty alleviation funds.To improve the effect of then financial poverty alleviation,it is necessary to introduce market forces to enhance the aiming accuracy of financial poverty alleviation and to build cooperative financial poverty alleviation as the main financial mechanism. |
