| 摘 要： | 休闲经济是国民经济发展到一定阶段的产物,并成为国民经济的重要组成部分,也是国民经济进一步发展的重要推动力量。博物馆担负着收藏、教育和科研的职能,休闲经济背景下,博物馆的休闲、旅游功能日渐突出。本文从分析我国博物馆经营管理的现状入手,指出博物馆在休闲经济背景下应进行创新,树立正确的经营观念,进行市场化经营管理。

| Abstract: | Leisure Economy is an important component and impulse of the national economy,it is the outcome of the national economy developing to a certain stage.Besides the functions of collecting,educating and researching,museums are facing the problem to change its functions to recreational and tourist markets.The paper analyzes the status quos of operation and management of museums,indicating that in the Leisure Economy background museums should make renovation and build up proper ideas of operation and management. |
