| 摘 要： | 农民职业教育是提高农民素质的有效途径,但在经济转轨过程中,现行的就业制度、教育制度、投融资制度、法律保障制度等方面存在缺陷,严重影响和制约着农民职业教育的发展,应积极进行制度创新与建设,通过有效的制度安排保障和促进农民职业教育的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | It is a important way of improving farmer' quality to receive vocational education.But there are several defects of the present system such as employment system,education system,investment system,legal safeguard system and so on,these seriously affect and restrict the development of farmers' vocational education.The system innovation should be positively done in order to secure and promote the sustained development of farmers' vocational education in China. |
