| 摘 要： | 生存理论是研究不确定性系统在各种约束条件下状态演变的数学方法。以区域水资源的可持续利用为对象,探讨了用生存理论方法进行研究的可行性,显示了生存解的思想和可持续发展观点的一致性。生存决策理论与古典决策理论进行比较,显示了对某些复杂系统而言,基于生存理论下的生存解比目标函数的极值解有着更好的实用性和经济合理性。 |

| Abstract: | Viability theory is a mathematics method of researching evolvement of uncertainty system under vary bounds conditions. The paper discuss possibility of studying regional water resources sustainable use with viability theory, and try to display coherence between viability solution's ideas and the view of sustainable development. For some complex system, viability solution on base of viability theory is more practicable, economical and rational than extreme solution of objective function. |
