| 摘 要： | 在提倡诚信原则的今天,企业经济行为应以秩序观念、契约精神和公平意识的道德理念为基础,建立包括企业使命、团队协作、企业领导者和产品管理机制在内的道德实现机制.为此,企业必须重新调整原有的价值体系,调整道德评价系统,培养符合社会发展进步要求、反映时代特色的现代企业精神,从而改进企业经济行为的道德化策略.

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the economical moral status of enterprises, this article explores the factors which affect the realization of morality in enterprises' economical behaviors, the realization mechanism and the moral effect. Strategies for the improvement of economical moralization in enterprises are also proposed. |
