"门户开放":20世纪上半叶美国扩张战略的历史轨迹

The "Open Door": The Strategic Track of American Expansion during the First Half of the 20th Century

During 1899 and 1900,the Government of the U.S.A. issued th e notes of "Open Door" twice on the situation that big powers wanted to carve up China. That just proclaimed the Open Door policy. Its enforcement was a histo rical course that carried out progressively by American power and change of inte rnational relations.
