| 摘 要： | 文章通过构成低价倾销的两个要件，得出低价并非倾销，所谓的“低价倾销”根本不存在。因此，企业应在市场经济体制下自由定价，及时对市场进行反馈，保证自己与消费者的利益最大化。

| Abstract: | The article,through two constitutional conditions to the practices at low prices,reached the conclusion that low price is not equal to dumping.The so-called dumping at low price' doesn't exist.Therefore,enterprises should fix prices freely under market economy and response the market in time to maximize benefits of both enterprises and costumers. |
