普通高校体育教学改革与学生身体素质的实验研究

摘    要:为了推行素质教育,探讨在高校贯彻体育与健康的思想,我们对西安石油学院1999级学生的体育教学和身体素质进行了为期一年的实验研究,分析对比认为实行分项设班教学和不分级教学,学生的身体素质提高没有显性差异。《国家体育锻炼标准》的达标率也未有大幅度的提高。但身体素质各项成绩比较,多数项目实验组还是高于对照组,说明分项体育教学大大提高了学生学习的积极性。

Abstract:To promote the qualification-oriented education and inquire into the thoughts of physical culture and health carried out in the institutions of higher education, we have conducted a one-year-long experimental study on the physical culture and health qualification for the class of 1999. From the analysis and contrast we have done, we find there is no sharp difference of health qualification between the graded class and non-graded class. The percentage of reaching China National Exercises Standard is not increased sharply, But in comparison with the tester, the experimental group has got a higher score in the various items of health qualification. Thus we come to a conclusion that in the graded class, the students' initiative is stimulated.
