| 摘 要： | 先秦时期是辩学发展的高峰时期,其中尤以后期墨家的“辩有胜”为主要代表。但庄子却以其“辩无胜”的反调,弹出了一组反对名辩思潮的不谐之音。庄子与后期墨家关于“辨无胜”与“辩有胜”的争论,具有多重理论内涵。文章试图运用西方实用主义、传统符合论的真理观为框架,阐述争论双方在理论上的所见所蔽,以期能从新的角度来重新认识和评价庄子“辩无胜”的深层蕴含。
