| 摘 要： | "污染避难所"假说的理论依据是纳入环境要素的H-O理论,认为由于发达国家的环境标准普遍高于发展中国家,故高污染产业必将向发展中国家转移.我国是吸收外资最多的发展中国家,是否已成为"污染避难所"?文中分析了我国影响外商直接投资的主要因素;在此基础上建立外商直接投资区位选择模型并采用我国1999-2002年的相关数据对该假说进行实证检验.分析结果表明我国环境政策强度对外商FDI的流向影响很小,外商对华直接投资并未出现明显的污染产业转移倾向.

| Abstract: | This essay first briefly introduces the theoretical basis of "Pollution Haven",then analyzes the main factors influencing the location of foreign direct investment(FDI).According to the analysis,we project a model to study empirically the relationship between FDI & ERS in China based on the relative economic data during 1999-2002.It shows that there is only a little impact of ERS on FDI in China,also there is no obvious tendency of Pollution Intensive Industries' transportation to China by FDI. |
