| 摘 要： | 大学生是21世纪国家建设的主要人力资源。没有法律意识的人是不能适应法制社会发展需要的。文章阐述了新时期大学生现代化法律意识的构成及功能,分析了影响当代大学生现代化法律意识的因素,提出了大学生应具备的现代法律意识及培养途径。

The person without legal consciousness can not meet the needs of social development of legal system. The article has explained the composition and function of university students' modern legal consciousness. At the same time the article has analyzed the factor influencing university students' modern legal consciousness and has put forward modernized legal consciousness that university students should possess and its cultivation channel. |
