| Abstract: | Based on the objective reality of the ideological and political work in higher education, the paper analyses the importance of strengthening the staff construction of ideological and political work and points out the problems existing in the present staff construction of ideological and political work. The paper also presents some measures for strengthening the staff construction of ideological and political work, focusing on the development of the staff quality. |
