| 摘 要： | 随着我国民主法制建设的不断进步以及行刑制度与国际的逐渐接轨，我国监狱在有期徒刑执行中暴露出诸多问题。只有建立和完善科学的分类分押制度，依法、严格、科学、公正的开展狱政管理，制定科学的减刑假释细则。充分保障监狱运行资金，强化行刑社会化，完善有期徒行执行的法律制度，才能使监狱有期徒刑执行又好又快向前发展。
