| 摘 要： | 人性化服务是高校图书馆的发展方向和必然趋势。本文分别从高校图书馆人性化服务的内涵、高校图书馆人性化服务的必要性与迫切性和高校图书馆人性化服务的具体实施三个方面进行了分析。通过人性化的服务,凸显以人为本的理念,是高校图书馆管理的发展方向。

| Abstract: | People-oriented service is the direction and an inevitable trend of development for modern university libraries. This paper makes an analysis from three aspects:(1)the connotation of university library’s people-oriented service,(2)the necessity and urgency of the service, and(3) the detailed approaches of this service. The author attempts to highlight the idea of people-oriented service and point out the direction of development for university library management. |
