Analysis of the Economic Policy of German's Grand Union Government

On May 22,2005,the Social Democratic Party of Germany suffered a defeat in election in North Rhine-Westphalia、Schroeder,in order to extricate himself from the predicament and regain the initative,requested an early parliamentary election.After many twists and turns,a black and red union was formed.On Nov.11,after four weeks of negotiation,the two parties finally put forward the union agreement,the focus of which is the economic policy.The slogan advanced is,"Three Chords of Improvement,Reform and Investment." The author makes an analysis of the economic policy of the new government and conducted an in-depth disucssion of the policy.
