通过对影响中国股票市场的几个重要问题的研究,以有效市场监管理论为指导,结合市场微观结构理论和“利益集团”理论,提出了建立以健全的法律法规为市场提供保障的、利用技术对市场进行及时监测的、完善经济性手段来控制市场系统风险的、充分发挥市场的自我调整能力的一系列监管对策,以期达到规范中国股票市场发展的目的。

Research on Strategies for Chinese Stock Market Regulation and Supervision

Through examination of several important problems influencing the stock market in China,the author proposes a series of strategies for regulation and supervision,namely the setting up of sound laws and regulations that provide the safeguard to the market,the utilization of technology that timely monitors the running of the market,the perfection of the economic means to control the system risk of the market,and the employment of selfregulation ability of the market,etc..Based on the theory of the effective market regulation,and by combining the theory of micro market structure and the theory of "interest group ",these proposals are made in the hope of achieving the goal of standardizing the development of Chinese stock market.
