法学教育面临的问题及改革路径刍议

市场经济条件下,法学教育改革应当关注人才市场的变化。我国法律人才市场上出现的涉外法律人才的缺乏;法律专业毕业生由于不能通过司法考试,而不能进入法律职业市场;法律人才择业领域向传统法律职业领域以外延伸等,是当前法学教育改革需要面对的课题。变革我国传统法学教育观念和培养目标,适应法律人才需求调整教学内容,创新法学教学方法,注重法律人才的素质培养,能够为法律专业毕业生创造更多就业机会,为国家、为社会培养合格法律人才。

Preliminary Discussion on Problems Facing Legal Education and Methods to Reform

Under the circumstances of market economy, in the reform of legal education, attention should be paid to the change in the talent market. Major problems facing the current reform of legal education are: the lack of professionals commanding knowledge of foreign legal affairs, the inability of law major graduates to practise law due to their failure in the judicial test, the wide range of non-professional job alternatives for law-major-background talents to go beyond traditional professional positions, etc. It will provide more job chances for the law major graduates and supply qualified candidates for the country and the society to meet the demands if we reform the traditional concepts of legal education and training target, adjust the teaching content of courses to adapt to the relevant requirements for legal talents, innovate the teaching methods of legal education and lay emphasis on the comprehensive quality of law majors.
