摘    要:随着社会化分工的进一步明确和细致,当代企业人力资源管理也逐渐摆脱了过去事必躬亲的工作模式,开始将事务性的、非核心的业务外包给专业化的外包公司去做,以解决企业在管理方面的成本及精力等问题。在我国社会发展不断进步的今天,人力资源管理外包作为企业管理成熟化的产物,必然会紧跟其潮流和趋势,以飞快地速度发展起来。

Abstract:The socialization is in further defined division of labor.The enterprise human resources management is out of the past work patterns and begins to transact business and non-core things to specialized outsource in order to save the cost,energy and save other problems.Today,our society is developing rapidly,outsourced service of human resource management as the maturation product of an enterprise management will follow the trend,and keep up with the rapid development.
