| 摘 要： | 在实际工作中普遍认为非机动车与行人是交通参与者中的弱势群体,认为机动车是强者,却忽视了摩托车这一个特殊的群体,因为它们无论是在与行人、非机动车还是机动车发生事故时,都会受到损害,所以应该重视这一个特殊的群体,加强对摩托车事故的研究、分析,有效治理这一容易被人忽视的地带。

| Abstract: | It is widely accepted that non-motorized vehicle and pedestrians are disadvantaged parties in traffic while the vehicle is the advantaged one,neglecting a special party,motorcycle,which is to be damaged when traffic accident happens.We should enhance the research and analysis of motorcycle traffic accidents so as to treat it well. |
