| 摘 要： | 随着中国加入WTO，外资银行涌人中国，新的经营模式和经营理念也随之而来，中国银行面临前所未有的考验。文章通过分析西方国家银行经营模式的变迁轨迹，并结合中国国情，认为金融控股公司是我国开展混业经营的最佳模式，解决好金融创新是我国发展金融控股公司的第一要务。

| Abstract: | With China's entry into WTO, many foreign banks entered Chinese financial market. They have the priority in management mode and management idea, which threatened Chinese banks. By tracing the change of bank operating system in the developed countries and analyzing the economic situation of our country, this thesis concludes that the financial holding company is the best mode for the coming mixed operating system and solving the problem of financial innovation is our priority. |
