| Abstract: | In view of customary law, this article expounds the law status of minority nationalities' women in the ancient China. According to theHan nationality's effects to different minority nationalities, it also explains that not all nationalities' women have no status in law, in order to helppeople to learn the whole past situations about minority nationalities. |
