| 摘 要： | 多元化经营是企业的一种发展战略,它既有优点,又有缺点;企业选择多元化战略之前,必须首先考察是否满足多元化的约束条件:企业资源与能力、行业技术特性、行业生命周期、市场增长率与企业竞争力、企业经营风险,还要注意适时、适度、方向合适的原则。

| Abstract: | Diversified_operation is one of corporate strategies, and has both advantages and disadvantages. Before selecting the strategy of diversified-operation, an enterprise must examine carefully whether it satisfies the constraints of diversified_operation, such as corporate resources and ability, technological characteristics of the industry, industry life_cycle, market share increasing rate & corporate competitive power, and operational risks, and ought to pay special attention on the rule of an enterprise's diversifying at the right time, on the appropriate degree, and at the correct direction. |
