| 摘 要： | 文章借用集群行为理论,对网络集群行为的特征、发生要素和作用机制进行理论探讨,并从社会工作视角对网络集群行为暴力倾向提出一些干预设想.文章认为,网络集群行为的发生,从微观层面看,是信息刺激(外因)和网民认知(内因)相互作用的结果.加强网络立法和监督、规范人们的网络言论是对外因的干预,而对内因的干预需要引进社会工作的认知一行为疗法,通过改变网民的认知去改变他们的行为.
