循环经济的微观组织模式：基于供应链的分析

基于供应链角度提炼了循环经济的三种微观组织模式:绿色供应链、外生共生体型供应链和内生共生体型供应链.从理论基础、入链动力、链流内容、企业间纵向关系、合作基础及环境管理方式等六个方面对这三种涉及环境治理的企业间组织模式进行了对比分析,并分别考察了这三种供应链上环境治理的驱动者和驱动方式.基于供应链环境治理的特征,从治理效率、针对不同组织模式的供应链的实施侧重点、政府与市场角色、目标匹配等方面提出政策建议.

Microscopic Organizational Modes of Cyclic Economy: an Analysis Based on Supply Chain

There are three microscopic organizational modes of cyclic economy in the perspective of supply chain,i.e.,green supply chain,endo-symbiosis supply chain and exogen-symbiosis supply chain.They all involve environmental control to which inter-firm organization is in need.The three modes are compared with each other and discussed in views of theoretical basis,motive for entering the chain,what the chain contains,vertical relationship between firms,cooperative basis and environmental control.Then,the driver of environmental control and driving forms in the three supply chains are explored.Public policies based on the environmental control in supply chains are illustrated,such as control efficiency,key points in implementation of different modes,roles to be played by government.
